How do I start selling?
Simply click on the List an Item link on the main page. Fill out all of the information and follow the easy steps. Within 24 hours (usually much faster) your item will be reviewed and then posted.
What sort of pic files do you accept?
Good question. Right now we are accepting JPEGs and BMPs.
How do you help me sell?
We provide you a page that is like your own personal art gallery. You enter an asking price, and buyers from all over the world can come in and see what you have and what you are asking. They can then send you an offer via email (which will be sent to the email address you provided for us). MyWorldArt.com has no hand in the actual transaction. We provide the listing. The details of the deal are up to you.
Can I sell art that I did not create?
Not at this time. As of right now we are only accepting art from the original artist. We do plan on eventually offering a secondary market for art on the site. Check back for more info.
Well then, what do you consider art?
Anything that you create and consider art, we consider art. Although it will have to be reviewed and deemed appropriate (nothing offensive). We have an open mind to what art is. If you have any questions on if your work will be considered art please feel free to contact us before you submit a piece.
What does this cost me?
Posting a piece of art costs $3 for two months. This is a recurring cost that can be cancelled at any time by clicking on the link below
If you do cancel, we will keep your art up for the duration of the two months. It will just be removed when the two months are up.
I've filled out the submission form, but have not yet submitted payment. How do I pay you?
That's easy! Just click the link below, and they will lead you through it.
What do I do if my art sells? Can I replace the sold piece with another one?
If a piece of art sells, we will be glad to place a sold notice both on the gallery thumb nail picture of the piece and in the single page description. We do not allow you to substitute new pieces for sold pieces without paying the $3 submission fee.
